2) For Paid booking - the conditions for the execution of shared transfer booking are placed in the voucher in the user's Personal Account. The voucher is also sent to the email address specified when placing the booking.

To pickup your paid shared transfer,  please identify yourself by showing a transfer voucher or a code / QR code from your voucher to the driver.

You receive the meeting instructions according to the data on the day of booking, payment of the booking.  If the arrival terminal of your flight was changed, then the transport company could have had time to track the changes of your flight and send a new pickup instruction, or could not have had time. In this case, the instruction will not correspond to the new arrival terminal.

The exact departure time of the shared transfer is not known in advance, since the work of the shuttles is organized in accordance with the arrival/departure schedule of the airport flights and the interval of departure of the shuttles from the airport depends on the arrival of passengers' flights. 
As a rule, shuttles depart from the airport every 60-90 minutes during the daytime. At night, the shuttle departure interval may be extended or, in some directions, the shuttles do not run at all.

The time period during which the passenger should appear for pickup the shuttle bus is indicated in your voucher, in the field “Maximum waiting time at the arrival point”. As a rule, the maximum waiting time is 60 minutes after the pickup time of the flight that you specified in the booking. If you have made changes to the flight details in the booking, then for the latest changes.  However, for small airports, the maximum waiting time at the arrival point may be less, for larger airports, this time may be increased. If the flight was delayed - how to take a shared transfer from the airport.

If your flight is delayed, you must follow the instructions from your voucher.
1) If the delay is little and you have enough time to show up for pickup no later than the end of the waiting time included in the booking, then you will have time to pickup according to the voucher. 
2) If the changes are not urgent, more than 24 hours, then they must be made in the booking online from your Personal Account. You will find more information here:

3) If the changes on your flight are urgent and the flight delay is significant, follow the instructions from your voucher about urgent changes less than 24 hours before the transfer.

The transport company tracks flights and can wait for the arrival of a late flight with delays that do not critically affect the schedule of shared transfers. Or, a passenger whose flight is late can be put on another bus run, if there is a suitable one along the route. Also, the transport company has the right to refuse the transfer service, without refund, in case of delay of more than the maximum time allotted to the passenger for pickup, and in cases below.

     If your flight is rescheduled,
 or, you arrive by another flight not specified in your booking, the transport company has the right to refuse the transfer, or you may need to reissue the booking, since the shared transfer service is provided only according to the data specified in the booking and the voucher.
