How to change the transfer order instructions and answers

 

How to change an order of a personal transfer with a driver, a group transfer by shuttle.

      You can make changes of your transfer order yourself in your Personal Account online. No fee is charged for making changes. 

      Intui travel does not accept changes by call, by WhatsApp conversation, by letter from an email address other than the address specified in the order. 

      Some changes can be accepted only with the consent of the transport company. For urgent, additional, non-standard requests not included in the order, additional payment may be required or the transport company may refuse to accept such changes.

      You can change some details in your reservation of a personal or group shuttle transfer on Intui travel. 

      Orders under the Standard fare cannot be changed.

      Some details can radically change the order, so such changes are not made to the existing order.

      The sequence of your actions to change the reservation details depends on the urgency: how many hours are left before the start of the transfer trip. 

      More than 24 hours before the start of the transfer

      Urgent changes less than 24 hours before the start of the transfer

Which orders can be changed?

      You can change or edit the details of the transfer order only for orders under the Flexi fare

      No changes or edits are possible for bookings under the Standard fare. If an order was placed according to the Standard fare, to receive an order with new details:
 1) cancel your order in your Personal Account and 
 2) book a new order with new data. 

      For urgent changes to orders under the Standard fare, it is necessary to act in accordance with the instructions from your voucher and contact the transfer company's support service by the number from the voucher to agree on the possibility and conditions of providing a transfer with the new details requested by you.

Urgent changes: if there is less than 24 hours left than specified in the order.

      To make changes to the order later than 24 hours before the transfer time, follow the instructions for the order

      The instructions are in the order card in the Client's Personal Account and in the voucher.  

      Contact the transport company directly by the phone numbers indicated in the voucher to agree on the possibility and conditions of providing a transfer trip according to the new data requested by you.

More than 24 hours before the start of the transfer.

      If there is more than 24 hours left before the time of the transfer trip, make changes in your Personal Account. 

      ! Take into account the time difference between the time zones in which you and the transport company are located. The time must be counted according to the time zone of the place where the transfer will be performed. 

      The earlier you make changes to your order, the higher the probability that the transfer company will be able to fulfill the order according to the new data and will have time to respond to you. 

How to change the transfer order yourself online in your Personal Account.

      Simply and quickly change the details of the transfer order yourself in your Personal Account online. There is no charge for making changes to the order.

      Edit in the order: date, time, contact phone number, flight details

      Check the changes made to the order and click "AMEND transfer details". 

      The transport company will check the changes in the order. After checking and accepting the changes by the transfer company, a voucher with updated data will be sent to your email. The voucher with the new order data will also be available to you for download in your Personal Account.

If the transport company has not confirmed the changes?

      If the changes are under consideration and the response from the transfer company has not yet been received, the conditions of the original booking continue to apply to the order until the transfer company accepts the changes. 

      If the changes are under consideration, not urgent, there is enough time to accept the changes, expect the transfer company to accept the changes. This may take some time, from a few hours to 2 business days. We will do everything possible for ensure that the carrier company make a decision on the directed changes as soon as possible.

      If the changes you have made are rejected by the transfer company, you have the right to leave your reservation "as it is" or cancel the order. In this case, the cancellation conditions continue to apply, including the amount to refund from received payment. Rejection of changes, as a rule, occurs for a valuable reasons.

      Intui as well as the Transport Company cannot guarantee the fulfillment of any requirements and changes. The transport company has the right to reject the changes made.
