On Intui, you can book a transfer from an airport, train station, or port to your hotel or a specific address, as well as a return transfer. The system automatically calculates the pickup time based on your flight details. For round-trip transfers, we recommend creating two separate bookings. This makes it easier to manage your reservations, including editing or cancelling them if needed.
How to find transfer from an airport, train station or port to a hotel or an address.

Step 1. Select the Airport, Port, or Railway Station.
In the search form, in the "Pick-up location" field,
enter either the name, address, or the IATA code (shown on your flight ticket) of the Airport, Port, or Train Station.

Select the required Airport from the dropdown list — with the icon "airplane".
For a railway station choose the "train" icon, and for a port — the "ship.

Step 2. Select a hotel.
In the search form, in the "Drop-off location" field, enter the name or address of the hotel, or the district or resort where your hotel is located.
Wait for the dropdown list and select your destination.

! Type without grammatical errors. Check the spelling of the hotel or city on the official website of the hotel or airport.

Step 3. Specify the travel date, time, and number of passengers.
Click on the calendar and time icons. If necessary, change the currency and click "Search".

Step 4. As a result, you will see a list with car photos and a service description — what is included in the booking.

Click "Details and Conditions" and review the terms.
Select the option that suits you and click "Book now".
For convenient order management (editing, cancellation), it is recommended to book trips from the airport to the hotel and back as separate bookings.

Step 5. If you want to book a round trip, on the booking page check the box “Add transfer to airport”.
