How to add child seats on an order transfer

     Depending on the route and the carrier's company, the prices and conditions for providing child seats differ. Each country has its own rules for the transportation of passengers. In some countries, for example in Turkey, tourist transportation by personal transfer can be provided without child retaining devices according to current legislation, child seats are not required there and are added at will.

     Nevertheless, many transport companies provide child seats for the convenience of passengers' travel. The service of providing child seats or boosters can be either paid, in addition to the main cost of the order for the trip, or free, when additional payment is not required. 
Child retaining devices are provided only in individual transfers and are not provided in group shuttle transfers.

    In many offers, it is possible to add a child seat only at the stage of booking. Book an airport or hotel transfer by car with child seats!

      In the search field, specify the age and number of children. Children from the age of 12 up are considered as adult passengers, children from the age of 3 to 11 are considered as passengers with a separate seat, children from the age of  0 to 2 years old inclusive are considered as infants without a seat. If you want the infant to have a separate seat in the car, specify it as a child from 3 to 11 years old.
      Enter the rest of the trip details. As a result of the search, the offers of transport companies that have child retaining devices will be found.  At the same time, the conditions for providing child seats in the car will be shown both for a fee or free of charge

     Car selection filter based on the presence of a child car seat. In order to get only those offers in the search results that have the required number of child seats and boosters, open the “Filter” menu and set the necessary search parameters.

     The “Apply” button immediately shows how many transfer offers match your search query.

   Choose the appropriate car, click “Book". When placing an order, make sure that you marked the field “to add child seats”.

    Check the selection of the desired car seat according to the weight of the child and specify the number of child car seats. If the check mark is not set, the car seat is not added.

    When adding free child car seats, the cost of the order does not change, when adding paid child car seats, the cost of the order changes, you immediately see the updated amount to be paid.

     Add free child car seats and boosters to the paid booking.

     If you need to add a child car seat or several child car seats to a paid booking and they were available as a free service in the offer you selected, then you need to log in to your Personal Account and select the “edit” or “edit” button in the booking. In the window that opens, specify the number of necessary child seats.

    If there is no field with the addition of child car seats and boosters in the editing window in your Personal Account, then you have chosen a car with paid child car seats or without the ability to add child seats / boosters in the booking.

  Is it possible to add a paid child seat in the paid booking?

  A paid option cannot be added in the already paid booking.  For your airport/ hotel transfer with a child, if you need a child seat for the trip, then -

1) cancel the booking 
2) and place a new booking with necessary number of child car seats added. 
 
      In some cases, child car seats can be provided only upon individual request, for example, if you need an infant car seat or there are no transfer offers with the required number of child car seats. If there are no cars with options for adding child car seats when placing an order, then you can send us a request to our Support Service by e-mail support@intui.travel after paying the booking, indicating the booking number, the age of the child or children, his / their weight, as well as the type of car seat / seats. 
      The transport company may charge an additional fee for such an additional service or refuse to provide seats.

  Is it possible to add child seats in a group transfer?

  Child car seats are not provided in group transfers by shuttle bus, minibus or minivan shuttle. If you need a car with a child car seat for a child or children, choose an individual transfer type.
