What is included in the price of the transfer trip

What is included in the cost of the transfer booking execution is indicated in the drop-down list “More about the transfer” that each car has in the list of offers for the route you have chosen (from where to where).  After placing a booking, you can find detailed information about what is included in the Order card in your Personal Account. 

Depending on the type of transfer and the service offered by the transport company, the cost of the order includes :
Meeting of passengers - either in the arrival area area, or you need to find the meeting / registration area of the company, or go to the shuttle boarding area, in which case you will be given a scheme. 
Travel on the selected vehicle along the route you specified.

If, when choosing a trip, you specified “round trip”, then the price includes two trips.
Transportation of passengers whose number and age you specified. If you are traveling with children, babies - be sure to specify.  The price includes the transportation of luggage in the amount and volume and type not exceeding the capacity of the car.

In the cost of the transfer service, the transport company can add both free and paid options. Wi-Fi can work in the car, water can be offered. To view all the options of the selected car, which are included in the transfer price, or can be ordered additionally, click the “Details and Conditions” button:

Whether the ferry fare is included in the price of the order.

Ferry, bridge or toll road, the fare on them can be included in the price of the order, and may be not included. Included in the price or not - it is necessarily indicated in the description of the service to the car. Click on “Details and Conditions" and read the terms.

Is there an additional payment on the spot.

The transport company may ask for an additional payment on the spot if, for example, your flight is delayed and you have agreed with the transport company that they will wait for you beyond the maximum time specified in the order. Or you asked to stop by on the way, not along the route and the transport company agreed. If you already know that you need to make a stop along the way, it's better to book an extra hour when placing an order. So the transport company will reserve a car for your trip with the expectation of additional time.
For what is included in the order, the transport company does not have the right to demand additional payment. You can find the list of included and paid options in your Personal Account on the Orders tab.

If you have chosen an order with partial payment, then you must pay the amount specified in the order from the transport company on the spot.

The price of the order does not include a tip, which you can leave at your discretion.
