When we were supposed to be picked up from the hotel on 20.06.25 at 1.40, the driver with the number (34 AFJ326) did not arrive, but slept a block from the hotel, we had to look for about 20 minutes. Everyone was on edge. Many thanks to the 24-hour support service. They responded immediately and were ready to send another minivan.
Disadvantages of the transfer:
The driver who worked on 20.06.25 and was supposed to pick up from the White Citi Resort Hotel 5* at 1.40 (minivan with number 34AFJ326) did not arrive and they were looking for him (he was sleeping in the car). When they found him (they searched for 20 minutes), he drove to the airport disgustingly badly.
