How far in advance should I book a transfer?
On the Intui website, you can book a transfer from the airport, train station, port, or bus station to your hotel or other address, and return.
Availability of transfers depends on the carrier: on some routes, bookings may be made on short notice, but for most routes, we recommend booking in advance.
In most cases, transfers cannot be booked later than
24–48 hours before the scheduled travel time (local time of the country where the transfer takes place).
Some routes have different restrictions, such as
6 hours or
72 hours before the transfer. Minimum booking times are set by carriers and vary depending on the route and region.
The earlier you search and book a transfer on the website,
the more options and types of transport
will be available to choose from.
If you need a roundtrip transfer, search separately for each segment of your trip.
This will allow you to see more offers and provide greater flexibility to modify or cancel your bookings.
