How look out the voucher for airport transfer?
You will receive a transfer voucher after paying for the order and confirming the booking by the transport company. The voucher is your main Document confirming the fact of ordering a transfer, a trip by car with a driver.
Save the voucher on your phone or other medium, there is no need to print the voucher.
Be sure to present your voucher to the driver when boarding the transfer.
Be sure to show the driver the QR code or PIN code from your voucher.
Without presenting the voucher, the driver has the right to refuse the trip.
What information is included in the voucher?
- personal QR code and PIN code;
- general information on the order: passenger data (name and phone number), address of the pick-up and drop-off point, date and time of transfer, number of passengers, luggage, availability of additional options (extra hour, child seat, etc.);
- detailed arrival/departure instructions;
- contact details of the Transport Company for communication (driver's name, phone number, WhatsApp, Viber, etc.);
- detailed instructions in situations of delay, flight cancellation, difficulties in finding the driver and other possible situations.
