You can find the instructions for boarding a car or bus before booking and after paying for the booking, the instructions will be posted in your cabinet. Before paying for the order, read the conditions - not all cars include a meeting service with a nameplate.

Who will meet me and How to find pick -up point to board the shuttle bus for shared transfers.

For a shared transfer, a meeting with a nameplate is not included in the booking conditions. 
You need to go to the pick up point of the bus. Please, use the Intui instruction.

Shared transfer from the hotel to the airport. 

Be sure to read the instructions. For shared transfers to the airport, the exact time of boarding will be known a few hours before pick up time - from 12 to 48 hours. The transport company will inform you or you will need to find out for yourself. Exact conditions are specified in the instructions.

The voucher and Boarding instructions are always available for loading in your personal account, and sent to you by e-mail, which you specified when placing the booking.
