When can a carrier refuse to provide a transfer service?

The carrier company may refuse to provide the client with a transfer in the following cases:


1. At the time of ordering:

The client filled in the fields in the order NOT in English (in Latin)

2. Prior to the execution of an already Booked Order:

The client provided a non-existent flight number, incorrect pick-up/drop-off address, contact phone number. If the client does not provide reliable information to provide a transfer at the request of the carrier company, then the order may be canceled / canceled or will not be provided.

3. During the execution of the order:

The client indicated in the booking that they did not correspond to reality: flight number / date / or time / or pick-up / drop-off address. Excess number of passengers/baggage items.
