Transfer from Split Airport (SPU) to Baska Voda

Advantages of the transfer:
Convenient car, not new, but well-groomed.

Disadvantages of the transfer:
The driver did not help with baggage. Used the phone during the trip, not only calls.

Disadvantages of the transfer:
We called to the carrier company (according to the instruction of the voucher) in order to clarify our puck up time. We received a reply, that the information regarding our pick up time will be sent to the reception of the hotel. As a result, there was no information of pick up time at the reception. We called to the hotline , and we were informed, that the vehicle will arrive at 16:40 to our hotel. At an indicated time I was waiting for my transfer. It was 16:50, but the car didn`t arrive. I called to the hotline again, they answered, that they were clarifying the information and will call me back. 20 minutes later they called me back. It was 17:10, and they said, that the vehicle will arrive in 10 minutes, that is at 17:20. At 17:50 the vehicle finally arrived, that is the vehicle was delayed for 1 hour and 10 minutes. I came to the airport at 19:20, I had less than an hour before the departure of my flight. Of course, there was a queue at the registration point. I hardly managed to catch my flight. I am sure, I hadn`t call to the carrier company at 16:50, the transfer wouldn`t been provided. I guess, the driver moved out to pick me up at 16:50 after my call. This carrier company is awful, nad the responsible persons for transfer work very bad.
