Transfer from Pula Airport (PUY) to Vrsar

Advantages of the transfer:
The drivers arrived on time and were very friendly helpful and polite. When I arrived in Croatia and drove to the resort I was staying in I was to late to check in. The driver stayed with me and translated for me to the security of the resort I was supposed to stay in who spoke very little English and organised and drove me to another accommodation I could sleep in that night until the following morning, this took an extra 30 minutes of his time which he really didn't have to give but shows how kind and generous he was and I really appreciated his help that night. After my week long stay in the resort I stayed in I went to check out in reception where I had a bad experience with the receptionist and manager and was upset, again my shuttle bus arrived on time and the driver was very friendly helpful and polite and could see I was upset and asked if I was ok? I explained what happened and he chatted with me on the way to the airport and really cheered me up. On the way to the airport the driver advised that there were no shops that sold drinks and food in the airport and stopped at a shop on the way so I could buy some snacks. When we arrived to the airport he helped with bags, shock my hand and told me to have a pleasant flight. I highly recommend this company they are super.

Very nice and professional service, right on time, even helped us with the luggage trolley.

Disadvantages of the transfer:
Car seats for children were not properly attached and during the second transfer there were none at all.
