Transfer from Malta Airport (MLA) to Gozo Hotels - Not including ferry ticket

Advantages of the transfer:
It is difficult to find pluses on a trip with a driver-boor, plus - half of the transfer was not provided by this company. Therefore - there are no advantages! I do not advise anyone to contact!

Disadvantages of the transfer:
1. No one met us at the airport.\
2. To find office of the given company independently it was not possible! I had to contact the managers of other companies who were in the hall.\
3. The employee of the company to whom she turned, went after the driver and did not return. But the driver came who did not check anything, he called us and another couple into the car. Apparently about the courtesy of communicating with customers in this company no one heard!\
4. After dropping off the first pair, the car drove to the landing site by ferry to Gozo. And then hell began! In driver\'s documents there was no my name, although my voucher version had all the information. I repeatedly invited him to look at my documents. But cursing, the driver shouted that he did not care about my voucher. In addition, in the simplest English, the driver gave us, and, having learned where we are from, he started cursing about Russia. Listening to all this when driving on insecure roads of Malta was just scary.\
5. Driving us to the landing site on the ferry the driver said that after the ferry we will meet and take another driver. On the other shore, I ran around the terminal hall twice and the square in front of it, but no one met us !!!!! I had to take a taxi and pay a second time for the transfer!

Advantages of the transfer:
answered all questions! We could not get through to the transport company, all agreed representatives company!

Disadvantages of the transfer:
everything is ok
