Transfer from Madeira Funchal Airport (FNC) to Canico

Advantages of the transfer:
Good price. Quick transfer.

Disadvantages of the transfer:
Having to phone to confirm pick up. Not open at 9.00 on a Friday when should have been. Why not use e-mail as other companies do?

Advantages of the transfer:
Good value. Door to door. Pick-up from hotel on time.

Disadvantages of the transfer:
Long wait at airport with no explanation.\
Having to phone to reconfirm: no-one answered. Used emergency number and told my fault for phoning only 5 minutes after the phone lines should have opened. Why cannot confirm time and pick-up point by e-mail?
