Originally given a pickup time of 08:40 but when I called to confirm this had change to 07:04 . Arrived at airport apprrox 08:30 and bag checkin was not open until 09:30 and flight at 11:20.\

Thank you for your feedback. Please note, that when booking a group transfer - the shuttle-bus for the return transfer, it is not possible to indicate your own pickup time. You should follow the instruction in your voucher, and as a rule, you should request your pickup time for the shuttle by contacting the transport company by a phone indicated in your voucher a couple days prior. It is not possible for a client to change the pick-up time, since the carrier company plans a route along the chain of hotels the day before for 24-48 hours, including all passengers.
