Transfer from Fuerteventura Airport (FUE) to Playa de Jandia

Disadvantages of the transfer:
It is not very clear how to find the bus out of the airport and the maxorata desk (at 17:00) was closed. I asked to the driver, they are very kindly, and hel us. Last day of holiday I didn\'t receive an email of pickup time at the hotel, I needed to call the emergency number to collect this information.\
The service is exellent but need some communication improvement.
