If you haven't received your voucher, check the SPAM folder.

You can (re)send the voucher to your email address from the order page in your account as many times as you'd like.

To do that, enter the "My orders" tab in your Personal account:

Choose the order from the list:
Client personal cabinet

then click Download Client voucher or Send voucher to email again:
