If you have booked a shuttle bus, you must confirm your booking 48 hours before departure on your return departure. This can be done by calling the transport company on the numbers indicated in the voucher.
Note! Approximately 1-2 days in advance, you MUST specify the time of landing in the shuttle bus, as the time in the voucher is not exact, and may differ by several hours. If you do not speak English, then ask the hotel receptionist and he will check the time with the carrier company.
