How to access the order in my Personal Account?

 

The Personal Account is created at the e-mail address indicated during the first reservation. An email address is a Personal Account. If even one sign is incorrectly typed in the e-mail address, or there are additional signs, or some are missing - this is another address, and therefore another Personal Account.
When creating an order, enter your email address without error. It is at this address that the Personal Account and the Order will be associated. If you make a mistake when entering your e-mail address, you cannot see your order when you log in to your Personal Account. The order form and all order notification letters will be sent to the email address provided when booking.
