What is your complaint policy?

Any complaint must be sent to us at customer@intui.travel within 20 days of your return journey. We will not accept complaints after this period.


Complaints arising from not following our Terms and Conditions (travelling without a voucher, failing to confirm transfer by phone etc.) will not be considered.
