How can I find out the status of airport transfer execution and where the car is located?

        Shortly before the start of order fulfilment, you will have access to a real-time tracking service to track the movement of the car and driver to your pick-up location. You will be informed about the status of your order fulfilment.

        Tracking service is a special page in your browser, which displays the status of your airport transfer execution. On this page you can see information about the movement of your car:

• The departure of the car with the driver to the meeting place.
• Passenger boarding process.
• The movement of the car on the map.
• Arrival at the destination.

What is a tracking service?

        Each order has a unique link or QR code that is available to the passenger. Click on this link and you will be taken to the tracking page of your airport transfer. Here, the driver will send messages about the status of the journey, such as:
 

• "Drive to the boarding place".
• "Arrived at the pickup point."
• "Waiting for passengers."
• "Passengers delivered".

        These statuses are transmitted in real time.

How do I use the service and find out the status of my car with the driver?

        To see the status of your trip, simply follow the link or scan the QR code you received on your booking voucher. The service can be accessed from any mobile device and phone number, no matter what number is listed on the order.
 

Geolocation in the tracking service.

        Allow the service to track your geolocation. This will allow the driver to see your location in relation to the pickup location and tell you how to find it faster. Permission for geolocation is not required - in this case you will see the location of the car with the driver on the map and the driver will not be able to see your location.
