Each order has a unique link or QR code that is available to the passenger. Click on this link and you will be taken to the tracking page of your airport transfer. Here, the driver will send messages about the status of the journey, such as:
These statuses are transmitted in real time.
To see the status of your trip, simply follow the link or scan the QR code you received on your booking voucher. The service can be accessed from any mobile device and phone number, no matter what number is listed on the order.
Allow the service to track your geolocation. This will allow the driver to see your location in relation to the pickup location and tell you how to find it faster. Permission for geolocation is not required - in this case you will see the location of the car with the driver on the map and the driver will not be able to see your location.
