Advantages of the transfer:
Availability, responsiveness. Arriving at the airport and not finding our driver, contacted customer support. The issue was resolved very quickly, sending us another driver.

Disadvantages of the transfer:
First delivered not to the address specified in the voucher. We did not stay with things elsewhere in the city just because we knew what the place of arrival should look like and started asking questions to the driver, who had already unloaded our things. The driver, looking at the voucher, loaded our belongings back into the car, rebuilt the route, and after 15 minutes drove to the right place.
