They don`t let the client know the definite time for picking up from the hotel to deliver to the airport. I had to call myself on the local number in order to find out this info. Moreover they can give you such time infos that let you be very surprised. As a result the given info isn`t correct.Customer Servce communicated to us 4.40am, but according to their time-table it should be 9.45am. We were about to turn grey trying to get the right information. The Internet service, where we could find out pick up-time didn`t work. I draw a conclusion, that their clients` consultation isn`t well enough organised. It would be better, if they have sent us sms or e-mail with their pick up-time table in order not to disturb people.

There is no exact time. I ordered the transfer for picking up at 8:30am. The company sent the voucher, where 6:50am was indicated as pick-up time. Ok, we agreed. Inspite of the driver`s list where 6:50am was indicated as pick-up time, the bus came at 6:20! So we didn`t manage to have breakfast. There was a problem with the air-conditioner in this bus. It was very cold.
