Advantages of transfer:

The driver could not find the hotel for 30 minutes, but did not give up and brought the case to an end. We arrived at ~3am local time, there was no one at the reception, the driver found the phone, got through to the receptionist, waited for the arrival of the receptionist and only after that left us.

Disadvantages of transfer:

4 exit from the airport, information about the desired exit came by SMS too late, send detailed information as possible immediately + the day before the transfer. The driver left in a few centimeters with obstacles, with unaccustomed scary, apparently the features of local driving.

Refund for a canceled order

1. The amount of the refund.

  For each order, according to the chosen fare the carrier companies set their own time limit of free of charge cancellation and of refund of the whole prepaid sum.

- For the STANDARD  fare, the Transfer Cancellation without penalty is possible if the order was canceled more than 3 days or more before the date of the transfer for some types of transfers

-  For the FLEXI fare, the Transfer Cancellation without penalty is possible, if the order was canceled more than 48 hours or more before the date of the transfer for the other types of transfers

If the transfer booking is canceled less than the time period specified in the order for cancellation, the Carrier will charge a penalty of 100 percent of the amount paid for late cancellation of the order.

   Cancellation Policy conditions are available for all the users at the booking stage, as well as in order details in your personal account on the Intui website.

 

2. Terms of refund

The refund of the payment received from you is made within 3-5 business days after the cancellation using the same payment system that was paid by you.

 

3. Fees for the refund

3.1. You paid (and the refund is sent to you) via PayPal or Visa/ Mastercard, via IntellectMoney or WeChat, fees and / or any commission for the refund DO NOT apply.

3.2. 3 EUR fee for the refund transferring is charged by the Paymentwall system if you used it for the payment. 3 EUR fee  is deducted via the payment system and reduces the refund amount.

3.3. You paid through the payment system iDEAL,POLI. The refund is made to the details that you provide when you make a request. In this case, a fee will be charged to the banking systems for processing the transaction, which can range from 0.6 EUR to 35 EUR, depending on which bank and country your account is for in order to receive a refund. Transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

3.4. Through the payment system Alipay  3% commission is charged for the transfer (refund) of funds charged by the processing center, and reduces the refund amount.

 

If the order is canceled at the initiative of the Transport Company, the commission fee for refund is not charged from the client.

Payment is made via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, iDeal, PayPal solution and any issuing banks. Transfer order can be placed in any of the proposed currency: EUR, USD, RUB, GBP, AUD, SGD, CNY, CAD, INR, UAH, CHF, ZAR, AED, ILS, HKD, CZK, BRL, JPY. Depending on your chosen payment scheme, funds are debited either in the amount of 100% pre-payments or partial payment.
