A return shuttle service has not been implemented. The voucher was given time for 3.5 hours before departure, we arrived at the reception 10 minutes before the specified time and found out that the bus came 30 minutes back and left (although the manager know what else tourists have to go and ask the driver to wait). I read somewhere that we had to do with the office to phone and clarify the transfer time, but not always easy to do. Therefore, I believe that when transfer time is changing so much (even more so, it was late at night), and the firm has both telephone and e-mail clients, you could inform us in advance. We would be possible to transfer themselves abandoned as unnecessary spending 2 hours per night, the airport is not too comfortable. In any case, it shows the level of the firm, the attitude towards customers. Very disappointed.

Return transfer "shuttle" involves the collection of other passengers along the route. When you booking the group transfer, clarify pick up time boarding to the bus one day before that is the responsibility of customer, this information is set out in the voucher. For the future, we recommend to book a private transfer so you don't have to confirm the pick-up time to the vehicle, delivery to non-stop address. We hope to see you again on our website.

The pick up was too early, instead of the 5:50 specified in the voucher, the shuttle bus stopped at 4:15. Departure flight was at 9:00

When you order the return transfer by shuttle bus exact pick up time may be differ from pick up time specified in the voucher because the route and schedule of shuttle bus is tailored to all passengers. Pick up time is calculated by transport company so all passengers could not miss their flight at the airport.

Refund for a cancelled order

1. The amount of payment to be refunded

   For each order, according the chosen fare the Carrier companies set their own time limit of free of charge cancellation and of refund of the whole prepaid sum.

- For the STANDART  fare the Transfer Cancellation without penalty is possible, if the order was canceled more than 5 days or more before the date of the transfer for the some types of transfers

-  For the FLEXI fare the Transfer Cancellation without penalty is possible, if the order was canceled more than 48 hours or more before the date of the transfer for the other types of transfers

   If the booking of transfer is canceled less than the specified deadline in the order for a free of charge cancellation, the Carrier company will charge a penalty in 100 percent of the paid amount for the late cancellation.

2. Refund of your payment in the amount of the sum that should be refunded for the cancelled order will be made within 3-5 business days after your order cancellation.  You will be refunded through the same payment system, from which you paid your order, fees or any other commission are not applied, except for payments transferred through the payment systems Giropay, Sofort,  iDEAL the refund will be made to those bank details that you will provide for refunding. In this case the commission in amount of 6EUR-35EUR will be charged by bank systems for processing the transaction, the sum of the commission depends on the bank and on the country, where you have your bank account for refunding. The commissions for transaction costs will be charged while transferring the sum of refund that will reduce the transferred sum.

   If the order is cancelled by the Carrier company, the conditions mentioned in paragraph 2 are valid.

Payment is made via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal solution and any issuing banks. Transfer order can be placed in any of the proposed currency: USD, EUR, GBP, RUB. Depending on your chosen payment scheme, funds are debited either in the amount of 100% pre-payments or partial payment. Partial payment from card on website and remaining balance on the spot - this type of payment is available only on particular routes. Information about possibility of partial payment option is available at the time of booking. Delivery: Voucher for transfer will be sent to your e-mail after the payment and upon confirmation from the transport company. Also, the voucher will be available to downloading in your Personal account on the Intui.travel
