- For the STANDART fare, the Transfer Cancellation without penalty is possible if the order was canceled more than 5 days or more before the date of the transfer for some types of transfers
- For the FLEXI fare, the Transfer Cancellation without penalty is possible, if the order was canceled more than 48 hours or more before the date of the transfer for the other types of transfers
If the booking of transfer is canceled less than the specified deadline in the order for a free of charge cancellation, the carrier company will charge a penalty in 100 percent of the paid amount for the late cancellation.
