At 03:00am we were left not close to the hotel, but at 200 m distance from it. Neither the driver nor the agency didn`t communicate it in advance. The driver with his hand pointed to the direction of our hotel, then within an hour we with our valises were searching our hotel.:-(

From Intui.travel: Thank you for the feedback. We checked your order. You booked the budget kind of transport, that is the shuttle bus. The carrier companies supplying the transfer services try to deliver passengers directly to the threshold. But nevertheless because of some circumstances such as road blocking,pedestrian zone situated opposite the hotel and the others the delivery diretcly to the hotel is not possible. The shuttles don`t make up stops by the private addresses. The delivery of the luggage from the bus stop to the hotel doesn`t belong to the responsibility of the company. For future for more comfort we advise you to book an individual transfer. We hope to see you again on our website.

Cancellation of the Transfer can be made directly by on-line mode in the Personal Account anytime, before the first date of the booked transfer.

Transfer’s first date is the nearest date in the booking. For example, if you booked a both ways (there and back) transfer, it means transfer’s first date will be the date for a transfer “there”. It is impossible to cancel one of segments in the booking, as well as to cancel the second segment in the booking for a both ways (there and back) transfer.

If you need to change your date or time, or contact phone number, flight details – for this purpose you don’t have to cancel the booking. You can make changes yourself in your Personal Account.

After the Carrier company accept and confirm your changes, a new voucher will be sent to your email address.

You can check transfer cancellation conditions at a booking stage (while making a booking), also cancellation conditions are available in your Personal Account on Intui.travel website.

For each order, the Carrier company set their own time limit of free cancellation, it depends on the conditions set by the Сarrier company for your order.

There are 2 options:

- Transfer Cancellation without penalty is possible, if the order was canceled more than 5 days or more for the same types of transfers

- Transfer Cancellation without penalty is possible, if the order was canceled more than 48 hours or more for other types of transfers

If the booking of transfer is canceled less than the specified deadline in the order for free cancellation, the Carrier company will charge a penalty in 100 percent of the paid amount for the late cancellation.

If the transfer is cancelled in advance before the specified deadline in the order for free cancellation, in this case the amount that you paid will be refunded to you within 3-5 business days.

Payment is made via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal solution and any issuing banks. Transfer order can be placed in any of the proposed currency: USD, EUR, GBP, RUB. Depending on your chosen payment scheme, funds are debited either in the amount of 100% pre-payments or partial payment. Partial payment from card on website and remaining balance on the spot - this type of payment is available only on particular routes. Information about possibility of partial payment option is available at the time of booking.
