Transfer from Naples Airport (NAP) to Ercolano

Disadvantages of the transfer:
Our driver was not waiting for us at the arrivals gate, our flight was about 30 minutes delayed, but I gave our flight information and we were well within the hour long pick up time. After half a dozen phone calls to customer service we managed to find our driver who walked back into arrivals with our name card, he kindly took our bags and the drive was swift to our accommodation, it just took longer and more effort on our part than it should have to find him.
