How to get Keflavík International Airport - Reykjavik City Centre: map and layout
Advantages of the transfer:
We didnt have to wait for a coach from the airport to reykjavik as it was already there. Stress free. Driver was very clear about which stops where coming up next and where we were. Driver helped with luggage at every stop.
Disadvantages of the transfer:
From the airport was full to capacity and felt very squashed. To the airport driver was 10 minutes late. Quite expensive considering how many people were on each journey but efficient nevertheless and it is Iceland!\ When I received my booking confirmation there were many pages detailing what to do if the coach doesn\'t turn up this worried me a lot and made me very anxious for the days up to the trip and on the first coach transfer but after there being no problems on the first coach transfer my worries eased.
Disadvantages of the transfer:
non existent & still being miss old to unsuspecting customers - have made a formal complaint including demanding an internal enquiry into this appalling situation , asking for a formal apology and asking for a full refund & compensation. Joe Bussell
