I was lucky - I was the last one to be expected, I myself did not wait a minute; the wife flew a week earlier - she waited half an hour. I did not need a support service, which in itself is a plus.

Disadvantages of the transfer:
The fact that they know little about him and fear the unknown. :) In my case, the driver did not speak English (however, he spoke German well, because all the passengers except me were Germans)

Arrived at the end of the season, there were 3 of us with 2 flights, so instead of the expected bus we drove to the hotel in a luxury car. Fellow travelers had to wait 20 minutes. But it was natural - in the conditions of the transfer there is a point that he leaves no later than an hour after the arrival of the flight, when he takes everyone. As a result, we left even earlier than an hour later. While I waited, I watched the planes take off (from rack 25 it is clearly visible), and a young man with a list of passengers kindly brought me a bottle of water. Thanks a lot to the ordering services that I corresponded with, and to the host and the driver! Very convenient, and almost at the price of a regular bus, but 2 times faster and non-stop. I recommended the company to all my friends, and after 3 days I’m waiting for my husband with the same transfer.

He is waiting for the set time i.e. within an hour, it approximately collects all those who flew in this period of time, we waited half an hour somewhere with us in a big bus there were only 8 people, and then they transported them to hotels. He brought us directly to the apartment. Thank!
