The pick-up time for an individual transfer is selected and set by the client independently at the stage of booking the service. The recommended pick-up time offered on the website is calculated to take you to the airport approximately 1.5-2 hours before the check-in deadline. If you need additional time to load your luggage in the car, stop on the way or for shopping at the airport, set your pick-up time based on your calculations.
Please read carefully the instructions on your booking voucher in order to have correct information about the details of the meeting.
If you have ordered a Shuttle bus, the time when you will be picked up is approximate. In the instructions from your voucher, you will find a detailed description of how you need to specify the pick-up time for your collective transfer. As a rule, you should contact the supplier 24-48 hours before the return transfer to clarify the time of bus arrival.
The service provider reserves the right to change the pick-up time of the car or Shuttle bus due to local conditions.
Please be at the meeting place 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time.
