Company EasyupturLLP (UK), acting under the brand name of Intui.travel, (referred to in this agreement as "we", "us" or "our") is acting as an open intermediary for a third-party transport providers (the "Agency"). The contract for the provision of transport service is between you and the Agency.

Please read these terms and conditions before you make any booking, because it contains important information about your rights and responsibilities, with which you will be bound.
These booking conditions, the information provided on our website and your voucher constitute the entire agreement between us, which applies to all bookings made through EasyupturLLP (UK), including bookings at Intui.travel site.
1. Intui.travel is online search service for travelers.
Intui is an agent for transfers booking. Intui does not have its own transport fleet. In order to provide excellent service for you, Intui connected a network of more than 4000 Carrier companies in the world, and we offer prices directly from the suppliers. Intui recommends to use only reliable Carrier companies and suitable transport for you and your baggage, where you will feel comfortable. Please keep in mind that the car models in other countries may differ from the models that exist in your country.
2. Responsibilities of Intui (What we do).
Intui will provide you a voucher after payment and transfer confirmation by the Carrier company in Personal account and via email.
If you need to change the date or time, flight number, pick-up / drop-off address or cancel your transfer, you can make those changes in your Personal account, Intui’s robot can take your information and send it to the Carrier company. For making any changes through your Personal account by you in your order, Intui does not take payment, since the processing is automatic, and the Carrier company may put additional payment for order processing. This is beyond our control. If cancellation is made within the allowed by the Carrier company time of declining, the amount that you paid for the transfer can be refunded. That’s why, please double check all your details: destination, departure time and date before you click "pay".
Intui will provide information support in the case of any delays or issues that we know and which are in our competence.
3. Responsibilities of Intui do NOT include: (What we don't do).
Tariffs, estimated Driving time, Cancelation policy, Schedule details for shuttle-bus, transfer meeting - Intui receive all of that from the Carrier companies.
If the meeting or seeing to the destination are not carried out on time, you should discuss it with representative of the Carrier company
Intui cannot be responsible for the following:
- If you did not learn and read the instructions provided in your voucher
- If you did not follow the instructions in your voucher
It is your responsibility to arrive / to be at the departure point early enough - in advance
- If the transport company’s employees are rude
- Actions that are normal in one culture can be offensive in another
- If vehicles or seats in the transport do not meet your expectations
Keep in mind, Intui doesn't know your driver (as well as the pilot, agency or website where you purchased your Air tickets). Intui recommends to communicate directly with the driver / Carrier company during your trip / ride. You should communicate personally. You have a direct phone number of the Carrier company in your voucher. If the Carrier company cancel your trip / ride due to force majeure or reasons of force majeure, including natural disasters - you have to understand that this is for your own safety.
The given pick-up / drop-off time of your transfer - all that Intui receive from the Carrier companies.
1.1 Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making your booking. By making a booking with us, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they may be modified and posted on our web site from time to time as well as other information contained in the website and shown in your vouchers. Please also note, that as you are contracting directly with the Supplier, you may also be bound by their terms and conditions of booking.
1.2 By ordering any services from our websites, you are entering into a contract with the Supplier for the supply of Services and not EasyUpTur LLP. You agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions of use as they apply to your order.
1.3 If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, then regrettably you may not place an order via our website
2 Checkout (booking procedure)
2.1 To place an order you must follow the ordering procedures set out on the order page of our website. All orders must be placed at least 24 - 48 hours in advance of your departure.
2.2 We are entitled, on behalf of the Supplier, to decline any order placed by you. We do not guarantee to successfully allocate a Supplier to every booking request. In the event that we are unable to allocate your booking request to a Supplier, we will send an email to inform you of that fact. An alternative may be offered which may include additional charges. We will confirm your booking request by issuing a booking voucher on behalf of the Supplier to the e-mail address you have given us upon making a booking. Supplier details will be only provided if your booking is successfully allocated. Subject to paragraphs 3.4, 4 and 5, the order will then be fulfilled by the Supplier on the date specified in the booking voucher.
2.3 You confirm that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the Service from the Supplier will be correct, that the credit or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the Service. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with the Service. If validation cannot be obtained and payment is not made, we reserve the right to cancel the booking on behalf of the Supplier concerned who will then not perform the Service.
2.4 For bookings that are successfully allocated to a Supplier, a voucher will be produced detailing your journey details, the Supplier's details and your unique voucher number. It is your responsibility to check the details of your booking in the voucher prior to travel and inform us if there are any mistakes. Intui.travel cannot be responsible if the details entered at the time of placing your request are incorrect. You must present your voucher to the driver upon Arrival / pick-up. The supplier can refuse to provide the transfer service if you did not show your booking voucher.
3 Prices and Payment
Pay attention: Sometimes, there might be differences and changes in advertised and confirmed prices, as well as information posted on the website. You should check prices for selected transfers at the booking stage.
3.1 Prices information for services and procedures, payment and delivery are listed on our website. The actual price for any Service - that is the price indicated on our website at the date and time of your order. The price of any Service on our website may change before you place an order. We aim to point the exact prices on our website, but the cost of your order must be confirmed by us, that provided by the procedure of the order acceptance (see paragraph 3.2 below). According to these terms and conditions, as soon as the price for the Service is confirmed, you waive the right to count the cost of travel on the taximeter.
3.2 We will notify you if an exact price exceeds the one specified in your order, and you can cancel the order and decide whether to order the Service or not at an appropriate price. If you cancel the booking - the amount that you paid will be refunded.
3.3 If you book extra hours in your order, Payment will not be refunded regardless of whether you have used them or not.
Payment for additional hours may be refunded if order was cancelled without a penalty within the time set by the Carrier company for free order cancellation without penalty.
3.4 Prices are indicated for the whole vehicle, with the exception shuttle bus transfers type, which contains the price per person.
3.5 Payment must be made by credit or debit card at the time of the order, as described in the order page of our website. Cards that we accept are listed on the order page of our website. bank card issuers charge us a handling fee, and we place the payment of this fee to you when you make a payment by credit or debit card. fee cost is already included in the order price at the time of booking.
3.6 If you are booking via a Travel Agent, they are acting as a sub-agent on behalf of the Supplier. You do not have a contract with the Supplier for the supply of Services until full payment has been received by the Supplier. The Supplier will not accept any liability in respect of any confirmed Services until full payment has been received by the Supplier. Once we have received the payment from the Travel Agent, we will be able to place your booking with the Supplier.
4 Special Requests
If you have any special requests, please let us know about it at the time of booking. We will exert every effort on all such requests to the Supplier, however we can not guarantee their performance and will not be liable in the event of non-compliance.
5 Changes and Cancellations by you
You can make changes in the order directly by on-line mode in your Personal Account. When the Supplier accept and confirm changes, a new voucher will be sent to your email address. In case if the order’s changes have arrived later than 24 hours before the date and time of the first transfer, you have to follow the Instruction provided in your voucher, to contact the Supplier directly using the phone numbers, specified in the voucher.
Requests are considering on a day of their receiving. The requests received outside customer service opening hours, will be considered on the next business day. We will try to help you, but we can't guarantee an implementation of any requirements and changes. An additional charge may occur. Сancellation of the Transfer can be made directly by on-line mode in your Personal Account at anytime, before the first (or the only one) booked transfer. An additional charge may occur.
For any changes through your Personal Account by you in your order Intui do NOT take payment, since the processing is automatic, and the Carrier company may put additional payment for order processing. This is beyond our control.
If you make changes in the order less than 24 hours before the date and time of the first transfer, Intui is not responsible for accepting and confirmation of the changes by the Carrier company.
If the Carrier company does not accept the changes that have been made less than 24 before the date and time of the first transfer, the conditions of the order remain as initially or the order may be cancelled without refund. These are the rules of Carrier companies regarding consideration of changes in orders.
Cancellation of the Transfer can be made directly by on-line mode in the Personal Account anytime, before the first date of the booked transfer.
Transfer’s first date is the nearest date in the booking. For example, if you booked a both ways (there and back) transfer, it means transfer’s first date will be the date for a transfer “there”. It is impossible to cancel one of segments in the booking, as well as to cancel the second segment in the booking for a both ways (there and back) transfer.
If you need to change your date or time, or contact phone number, flight details – for this purpose you don’t have to cancel the booking. You can make changes yourself in your Personal Account.
After the Carrier company accept and confirm your changes, a new voucher will be sent to your email address.
You can check transfer cancellation conditions at a booking stage (while making a booking), also cancellation conditions are available in your Personal Account on Intui.travel website.
For each order, the Carrier company set their own time limit of free cancellation, it depends on the conditions set by the Сarrier company for your order.
There are 2 options:
- Transfer Cancellation without penalty is possible, if the order was canceled more than 5 days or more for the same types of transfers
- Transfer Cancellation without penalty is possible, if the order was canceled more than 48 hours or more for other types of transfers
If the booking of transfer is canceled less than the specified deadline in the order for free cancellation, the Carrier company will charge a penalty in 100 percent of the paid amount for the late cancellation.
If the transfer is canceled in advance before the specified deadline in the order for free cancellation, in this case the amount that you paid will be refunded to you within 3-5 business days.
Changes and cancellation can be accepted only according to conditions and rules of the Supplier. For making any changes in the order is not chargeable. But if changes in the order are effecting on the transfer’s route, number of passengers, cars, etc. and as well as on order’s cost, then the Supplier may require an additional fee. Take this information into consideration.
6 Changes and Cancellations by the Supplier
We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if the Supplier needs to make a significant change to your confirmed Services or to cancel them. We will also use all reasonable efforts to find alternative suitable Services for you at no extra cost , but we will have no further liability to you.
6.1 Changes on the side of Intui
In order to fulfill the obligations the Supplier has the right to substitute the car model of the booking to a similar or to the one of class not lower than booked without informing the Client and without any additional payment by the Client.
The Supplier can offer the Client to replace a car in the booking to a lower class car only by negotiating with the client. The Client has the right to refuse replacement for a lower class, the amount paid for the order is to be refunded in that case.
7 Our Responsibility
7.1 We act as a booking agent. As such, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of services. Our responsibilities are limited for publishing information on our website about the Services the Suppliers provide; passing on reservation information to Suppliers and informing you of any enforced changes to the terms of your booking. We accept no responsibility for any information about the transfers that we pass on to you in good faith. We accept no liability for any illness, injury, death or loss of any kind. This includes loss, damage or theft of any luggage or personal belonging you or your party may be carrying. Any claim for loss, injury, illness or death should be pursued with the Supplier directly or may be covered under the terms of your insurance. We only accept liability to you for claims which arise solely as a result of our own negligence.
7.2 Descriptions of transfers provided are taken from information provided to us by the Supplier and we do not accept responsibility for any inaccuracies in such information, nor can liability be accepted for changes to facilities which are not communicated to us by the Supplier.
7.3 In the event that we are found liable to you on any basis whatsoever, our maximum liability to you is limited to twice the cost of your booking (or the appropriate proportion of this if not everyone on the booking is affected). We do not exclude or limit any liability for death or personal injury that arises as a result of our negligence or that of any of our employees whilst acting in the course of their employment.
8 Force Majeure
Force majeure means that neither we nor the Supplier will pay you compensation if we or the Supplier have to cancel or change any Service because of unforeseeable circumstances beyond our or the Supplier's control. These can include, but are not limited to, accidents and related delays, unplanned marches, demonstrations and organised disruption, police operations, unforeseen road hazards, terrorist activity and its consequences or the threat of such activity, riot, the act of any government or other national or local authority, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or other similar events outside our or the Supplier's control.
9 Your Responsibilities
9.1 It is your responsibility to travel with the booking voucher which lists arrival instructions (which differ at each airport) and all of the relevant local contact numbers in the event of an emergency and local office reconfirmation hours and contact number. This is made clear on your booking voucher and on the website. You have to learn and read the instructions that are provided in your voucher. You have to follow the instructions provided in your voucher. Neither us, nor the Supplier, will accept any responsibility for any loss of Service or other loss should you not travel with your booking voucher, In case if you did not follow the instructions provided in your voucher.
9.2 If your flight is diverted, we recommend that you contact our 24 hour helpline as soon as possible as they may be able to assist you in finding alternative transfer arrangements. Please note that neither we nor the supplier will be liable to pay for such alternative arrangements. Subject to their terms and conditions, it is the responsibility of the airline to transport you to your original destination airport.
10 If you have a complaint
10.1 If you encounter a problem with your Service, please inform the Supplier, or call us using the numbers given to you on your booking voucher, and we will immediately endeavour to investigate the matter with the Supplier on your behalf and put things right. Failure to notify us or the Supplier concerned of your complaint at this stage will affect our ability to investigate the matter complained of, and your rights under the contract with the Supplier.
10.2 If you have any service issues upon your return, in relation to services booked with us, you should direct them to us via the “Report Issues” button on our website or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will liaise with the Supplier and endeavour to resolve all service issues within 28 days of notification.
10.3 Please note that any complaints must be received in writing within 28 days of the return booking date. (If an outbound transfer only - then within 28 days of this date).
11.1 If you wish to rely on any variations to these terms and conditions, you should ensure that such variations are agreed with us in writing as soon as possible.
11.2 We may transfer or subcontract any or all of our rights and obligations under these terms and conditions at any time.
11.3 We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our website, following which all use of our website will be governed by the new version. You must check the terms and conditions on the website regularly. The terms governing the purchase of any Service will be the terms in place at the time of your order.
11.4 A person who is not a party to our agreement or the agreement with the Supplier has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of either agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of another party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
11.5 If any provision or term of these terms and conditions shall become or be declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, such term or provision shall be deleted but all other terms will remain valid.
11.6 Our terms and conditions and your use of our web site are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and in the event of any dispute under our contract, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11.7 Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under this agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
