We ordered a transfer from Tbilisi to Stepantsminda, based on the number of the group (8 people + large hiking backpacks), everyone fit into the offered car and no one was carrying their luggage. The driver arrived on time and helped to board. After booking, the manager contacted me additionally and clarified the location of departure and arrival, closer to the transfer date, sent the driver's data in case of any changes. There was a phone charger on the bus, which can be very convenient and important for tourists. Very friendly driver.
