Pickup time and meeting point of a shared transfer from the hotel to an airport by shuttle bus.

The pickup time will be set by the transport company the day before the transfer and you need to specify it according to the instructions from the transfer voucher. While booking a shared transfer from the hotel to the airport (port, train station), the pickup time is not specified, it is not exactly known at the time of booking.



The time indicated in the booking form is not the actual pickup time, and is designated as an approximate. The exact pickup time should be sent by the transport company the day before the trip. The actual pickup time and approximate may differ significantly.
Please be advised, you, the client, can't choose the pickup time on a shuttle bus of the return shares transfer. The carrier company plans a route along the chain of hotels the day before 24/48 hours,  taking into account the location of all passengers.
The actual exact pickup time will depend on the shuttle schedule on the day of the trip. You will be informed about the exact actual pickup time in a shuttle bus on the eve of the trip.

Where can be find the exact pickup time on a shuttle bus of a shared transfer to the airport?

1. Before payment and booking, in the “Details and Conditions” tab in the “Instructions for Customer” section for each transfer offer. It indicates how to get information about the exact actual  pick-up time and place on the shuttle to the airport.


 2. For bookings that have already been reserved, you can get the information about the exact pick-up time for a shared transfer to the airport as below:

Notification by email. You will receive a written notification of the scheduled pick-up time to the email address you specified in the booking.

Getting the pick-up time for the return transfer by phone, by call to the operator. It is indicated in the transfer instructions, indicating the operator's number and the opening hours of the information line. For many transport companies, information about the pickup time can be obtained via messenger (if so, it will be indicated in the voucher). You can also contact the hotel reception with a request to clarify the pick-up time for you by the number from the voucher.
Notification at the hotel reception. Some transport companies transmit the scheduled pick-up time for the return shared transfer by fax or e-mail to the biggest major hotels in the region. You can check with your hotel if they receive information about transfers from the transport company that executes your transfer booking.

If you have: 
1.changes of the departure time of your flight and you have reported new data to the transport company; 
 2. or you do not want to wait for a message and are ready to call on your own initiative;
3. the instructions indicate that you need to call the operator to get information about the exact pickup time on the shuttle for departure to the airport,
 then
check in your departure voucher: 
1) How long before departure do you need to contact the transport company?
2) Is there a special phone number for calling to know the pick-up time or a general one specified in the section “Emergency contact details”?
3) Working hours of the company's office and work schedule - this information is indicated in the “Emergency contact details" section of your voucher. For departure on weekends and Mondays, you may need to contact the transport company, during office working hours - before the weekend.

You need to find out the exact pickup meeting point of the shared transfer according to the voucher. 
The pickup meeting point of the shuttle bus for a shared transfer from a hotel or apartment is an area accessible for the shuttle bus, as a rule, near big major hotels or at public transport stops. The shared transfer bus does not stop at private addresses, mini-hotels, apartments, villas, private hotel yards. If the territory of your hotel is closed to entry or difficult to access for the arrival of a shared shuttle bus, then pickup will be carried out on the adjacent territory or the nearest stop.
Clarify the pickup exact time and meeting point of the shuttle bus to the airport, following the instructions in the voucher.
Arrive at the pickup point in advance - at least 15 minutes before the departure time.

If your flight departure time has changed, make changes to the departure time in the booking in your Personal Account online: https://en.intui.travel/account/#orders and call the transport company to clarify what new pickup time the transport company will set for your updated flight details. 



You cannot change the details  in the field “Pickup Date&Time” of the booking and the order. The exact details in the field “Pickup Date&Time” will appear when the transport company provides them. In this case, you can find these details in the Personal Account in the “order card” and in the updated voucher, you should download the updated voucher.

If the changes of your flight details are urgent, follow the instructions from your voucher about urgent changes less than 24 hours before the transfer.
