Refund for a cancelled order
1. The amount of payment to be refunded
For each order, according the chosen fare the Carrier companies set their own time limit of free of charge cancellation and of refund of the whole prepaid sum.
- For the STANDART fare the Transfer Cancellation without penalty is possible, if the order was canceled more than 5 days or more before the date of the transfer for the some types of transfers
- For the FLEXI fare the Transfer Cancellation without penalty is possible, if the order was canceled more than 48 hours or more before the date of the transfer for the other types of transfers
If the booking of transfer is canceled less than the specified deadline in the order for a free of charge cancellation, the Carrier company will charge a penalty in 100 percent of the paid amount for the late cancellation.

2. Refund of your payment in the amount of the sum that should be refunded for the cancelled order will be made within 3-5 business days after your order cancellation. You will be refunded through the same payment system, from which you paid your order, fees or any other commission are not applied, except for payments transferred through the payment systems Giropay, Sofort, iDEAL the refund will be made to those bank details that you will provide for refunding. In this case the commission in amount of 6EUR-35EUR will be charged by bank systems for processing the transaction, the sum of the commission depends on the bank and on the country, where you have your bank account for refunding. The commissions for transaction costs will be charged while transferring the sum of refund that will reduce the transferred sum.
If the order is cancelled by the Carrier company, the conditions mentioned in paragraph 2 are valid.
