I do not see my order in my personal account.
Account is created automatically when you make booking and it assigned with your email.
Please, check, if you correctly indicated your e-mail while booking the transfer. Maybe you made a misprint - while your e-mail typing (there can be an extra space, letter, symbol etc.) and then your created order is located in another personal account that was created for an e-mail containing a misprint.
Maybe you created your order for one e-mail, but you logged into your personal account using another e-mail.
In this case you should send a letter to email@example.com and indicate your Order ID or the sum of the fulfilled transaction and the date of this transaction, the payer`s name and we will find your order and will connect it to your correct e-mail. And this order will appear in your Personal account.
